Each country has got its own validations with respect to educational qualifications. I do not know about the institute you are referring but in general, Diploma courses offered in India cater to the Indian scenario where many of the employers are keen about the skills and not about any certification from a university or governing body or government of India. Several thousands of professionals in India have studied in many reputed institutes and are into successful careers. But institutes offer the diplomas on their own. So, these Diplomas may not be valid in another country for the purpose of higher education or employment. Please check out with the institute directly and also check with Malaysian education agency whether it is valid in your country.

You should first be clear about the country you would like to study. Canada has some of the world's best universities and colleges to study Masters in Animation. UK and USA are also excellent destinations next to Canada. But you should also be aware that the cost of education in these countries is very high (15-20 lakhs per year including tuition fee and living expenses) and do not expect an assured employment as all these countries are now not favouring people from other countries. So, international colleges are very keen to take Indian students for admission but there won't be any commitment to provide employment after course completion. Please check all these factors and consult with your relatives or friends who may be living in these countries about the employment opportunities and then take the wise decision. Do not forget that Indian Colleges also offer excellent options for higher education in M.Sc. Animation, Multimedia, Game Technology, Visual Effects etc. Today, Indian companies are giving great employment opportunities for such qualified and skilled manpower.
