BCom graduates from Mumbai have a very wide range of career options available to them. One of the most popular paths is pursuing CA (Chartered Accountancy) through the ICAI, which when combined with a BCom degree gives students a very powerful and high-earning qualification. Other professional courses like CMA (Cost and Management Accountancy) and CS (Company Secretary) are also popular choices.

In most of the Bcom colleges affiliated with the University of Mumbai in Mumbai, entrance exam is not conducted. Admission is based solely on Class 12 marks. The merit list is made on the basis of HSC percentage and the available seats are allotted accordingly. However, there are some cases with autonomous and deemed universities in Mumbai where entrance test and personal interview are conducted.

MBA at CSMU is better than many private colleges in Mumbai, because it offers a highly practical, corporate-ready Dual Specialisation system at a much more affordable fee (INR 2.65 Lakhs for tuition) compared to many premium Mumbai colleges. While top-tier schools might have larger networks, CSMU provides excellent value with a 73% placement record, and tie-ups with over 250 recruiters like Amazon, TCS, and HDFC Bank.
