I can understand your situation. Since you are already in 12th and studying science, I would suggest you to first focus on studies and clear your 12th. Once you clear it, start searching for some good western music academies and earn a certification. It needs a lot of focus and efforts. Don't be in hurry as you have enough time to learn a lot. Give yourself enough training through part time trainer in your location or wherever possible. Don't leave your studies in mid.

As you have not mentioned a specific university, telling about the eligibility would be difficult. However, most of the universities require a candidate to be 12th pass.
