If you have an outstanding profile they will give you financial aid. Scholarships are provided on merit. So, very good academics grades and an excellent SAT score would be required. Also, you need to check if SAT will be required or not and then prepare accordingly.

You need at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths to become eligible for engineering entrance exams of the country. If you have this much marks then be prepared for the entrance exam like JEE Main.
Your performance in JEE and marks in class XII will help you to get admission in a top aeronautical engineering college of the country. Therefore, you should start your preparation by keeping in mind, you have to secure a top rank.

Both the universities have slightly different criteria so read them carefully. Scholarships are on the merit basis. The stronger your profile, better are the chances.

If you're looking for Master's it's best for research areas in Power Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Electronics & Communications Engineering. Since it's one of the finest Universities in overseas one should have passed their UG with high grades, decent GRE & IELTS scores are considered as well.
