The Nanyang Technological University fees for Indian students is S$36,336.45 for international students. Apart from this, students also need to pay University-level miscellaneous fees The NTU tuition fees for undergraduate courses is similar to NUS. First of all, students need to pay a non-refundable application fee of S$21.40. After accepting the offer they need to pay S$5,000 non-refundable fee. This deposit fee can be used to offset the first tuition fee payment.

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) ranks 12th in the World University Ranking (QS 2022). See on the website its specified that a person will be eligible for admission only if the candidate secures at least 90% marks in all his board subjects (of course excluding Hindi in your case), so maybe your physics marks mess up your chances of getting admitted in that particular college.
