Hi Anusree, CEPT University is based only in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. You can apply with this score on www.ceptadmissions.ac.in and the last date to apply is 23rd June 2019.

Hi Niharika, if you qualify NATA you'll be eligible to apply with this board score. The merit is prepared considering 50% NATA Score and 50% Board's Score.

It's not possible for you to take admission in any of the top institutes as most of them have minimum eligibility as 60% in 12th. So, you have to go with low-tier B.Arch colleges.
