Hi Anas,
The cut offs to clear NATA exam is 25% in both the sections. But, you should try score as much as you can. Scoring 120+ marks in NATA exam is considered as a good score. Without NATA, you cannot get admission in any bachelor of architecture courses.

Yes, you will surely secure a good college if you can score 78% and above in board exams and 80+ in NATA exams.

Yes, admission to Architecture course is on the basis of NATA or JEE Mains paper 2 exams along with your class 12th scores.

Hi, you may need a score of 120-130/200 in NATA along with a decent score in 12th to secure admission in Andhra University for B.Arch.

Hi, With 100/200 Marks in NATA exams and a decent score in your 12th, you havegood chances to secure admission in The Oxford College of Engineering Bachelor of Architecture program, since its a minority institution the fees is comparatively lower. Exact fees details for government seats is displayed on KEA CET website for government merit seats, for private management seats you may have to contact the college.
