You need to pursue B.Arch course to be an Architect in India. Procedure for that would be - Register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. There are few universities like PES which offer scholarships to students based on performance in every semester in Architecture for all 5 years.

With 84/200 marks in NATA and 70% in 12th, you will get a lot of private colleges seats for admission into Architecture course in Mumbai. Some of the colleges maybe L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Siddant College of Architecture, Dr Manoj A Shete College of Architecture, Dayanand College of Architecture, Solapur Education Society College of Architecture, Vivekanand Education Society College of Architecture, Indira College of Architecture and Design etc.

Yes, you can apply for NATA Exam 2019 after B.Sc in Physics Chemistry and Maths with atleast 50% in all these 3.
