Hi,
No, IITs don't consider NATA 2019 exam scores. Only JEE Mains papers 2 scores and AAT scores are considered for admission in IITs or NITs across India.

Every college in India accepts NATA as it is the only Nationalized aptitude test for architecture, other entrances be it JEE or state CET are limited entrances for their own regulated colleges. Therefore, if you crack NATA and have good score, nobody can stop you from getting the seat unless the college is regulated by JEE Paper 2.

Hi,
Please visit Shiksha.com's college predictor-
https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor. Ranks keeps on changing every year and differs from one branch to another and one college to another. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria of the specific institute, you may complete further admission formalities. For now, I would suggest you to first contact the institute officials of the shortlisted universities directly for specific eligibility criteria details.

Hello dear,
As you want to take admission in NIT, let me tell you for a good NIT, you must score above 99 percentile so that you can stand safely for getting a good NIT with core branches. However, at minimum, you should score 90 percentile to keep you hope alive with core branches in good NIT.
