Congratulations on securing such a good score in NATA 2019 Exams. With 106 marks in NATA and 90% in 12th there will be a lot of options for you. It would have been easier if you could have mentioned in which state would you like to study. Check the link below to get a list of approved Architectural Colleges:

Cut-off for NATA marks varies from year to year, since it also depends on the number of candidates wanting to take up Architecture or NATA exam. Also, with 2 exams this year it will be even more difficult to predict. But from past 4 years data we can predict that Allana College of Architecture NATA score cut off has varied from 80-95/200 marks.

Candidate ID (Unique number given to each and every candidate registered for NATA 2019 exams) is mentioned on the hall ticket and also the registration copy. Good luck.

By failed candidates do you mean 12th fail or NATA exam first round fail? If 12th Fail - Yes the candidate can give NATA exam and in the mean while pass the failed exam with supplementary exam and get admission in Architecture course. If first round NATA fail - Register for second round NATA and write the second exam. Good Luck.
