There are three main exams one need to take for taking admission in B.Arch:
JEE - Covers all IITs, NITs and central government funded institutes
NATA - For private colleges and universities across India
State University and private university entrance tests
Before preparing you need to first decide which the target competitive exam for you is. All these three exams have different pattern and marking criteria. Syllabus is more or less same having Mathematics, Aptitude Test & Drawing Test as major sections. The weightage and scoring pattern is different.For JEE: http://jeemain.nic.in/WebInfo/pd

Yes, you can get admission. NATA is not mandatory, you can get the architecture college from JEE also.

Yes you can, although preferably take a transparent ruler, there are no restrictions as such on carrying a ruler or an eraser.

NATA score of 150-160/200, with a 12th score of above 90% will give you good chances to get admission in SPA Delhi or SIR JJ College of Architecture.

Hi,
You have qualified in NATA and have eligibility criteria in 12th. So you may get admission in any Architecture college depending on the merit list for government seat.

No, If you are not qualified in NATA you cannot take admission in any Architecture college, but yes, if you have AJEE paper 2 score which is qualified, you can take up architecture.

Hi, You may give both the exams. Preparation for both will almost be similar. All colleges under Council of Architecture accept NATA and IIT-JEE Paper 2 scores.

The lower age limit of 17 is currently specified by Council of Architecture, so definitely you can take up Architecture after passing NATA exam. Good Luck.
