As Merit List keeps on changing every year (obviously :P ) and It all depends on the combined NATA score and board results. For the year 2017, The Cut off Merit score for Maharashtra Candidates at Sir JJ College of Architecture were as follows:
For General Candidates: 148.46
For SC Candidates: 128.69
For ST Candidates: 116.46
For SBC/OBC Candidates: 150.2
So through this you can easily now see your admission chances

Admission to the B.Arch programme is based on the merit of marks obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture and School +2. The basic qualifications for admission are:

Complete one video every 12 days and you would be good to go. NATA 2017 had only perspective question but I would still suggest you practice still life and 2d questions like poster design etc.

*Important Building in India and the World
*3d objects and their plans and elevations
*Important architects of India and the world
*Mirror Images
*Common Building materials and terminology
*Common Architectural Terminology
*Logical and reasoning ability questions
Maths
For maths, follow CBSE books. The NATA maths paper is very easy. Good luck.
