NATA is conducted every year by COA for admissions in Architecture. All the NATA aspirant should have secured at least 50% marks in their qualifying exams. When the student attempts NATA he has to score more than 40 % marks in the exam, only then one can get an admission in a nice reputed architectural college. The criteria for admission to VIT is that the candidate should have secured 10+2 or equivalent examination of Central/State Government with 60% aggregate marks and with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination. And, 50% for Candidates belonging to SC/ST.
Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. Certificate to Prove Nativity should be produced at the time of counselling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.
And, the NATA score depends on the valid qualifying score as declared by NATA every year.
