No, there are no chances that you will get a government college because for government colleges, you need to score 100+ marks in NATA.
You can go for top private colleges. Also, you can try for CEPT University, MS University, DY Patil College, Nirma University, etc.

SPA is one of the most prestigious institutions in India in the field of architecture.
It is also known as the IIT of architecture, hence, to secure a rank here, one has to prove their mettle.
For your selection in here, you should score more than 260 (as of 2017). This would translate your rank to nearly below 1000, as cut-off here resides between at around 11000.
With the above information, you are not eligible for SPA.
