Dear candidate, for taking admission in B.Arch at DITU one should have:a) Minimum 60% marks in X standard & XII standard with pass in Maths (compulsory subject) & qualified in any aptitude test approved by Council of Architecture. (b) 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Govts with 60% aggregate marks with mathematics & qualified in any aptitute test approved by Council of Architecture.

Hello Vishnu, if you want to do B.Arch course, you must attempt either NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2, so you must wait till next year.
Or else, you can go for private colleges.
I have the best answer for you- Prepare for NATA and JEE from today onwards and surely you'll crack any of the exams next year.

Yes, you can take admission in design college on the basis of JEE Mains paper 2. Since NATA paper has a huge weightage of drawing, abstract and aesthetic sensibility, it is given more importance than any other exams. On the other hand JEE has been producing brilliant architects for as long as 40 years now. Both the exams have an equal importance in the field of design. You can either appear for one of them or both. Appearing for both, however, will give you the upper hand.

Majority of good institutes take admission on the basis of JEE Mains and NATA. So, you will have to check with some private institutes in your state.
