If you are looking at the merit seat, then you will have to submit your 12th marks card, NATA marks / JEE marks to your Local Examination Authority who will issue you a rank card, based on which you can select your choice of college.

B.Arch is a course for architecture, there are no other course to pursue in Architecture for bachelors. Maybe, you can even look into product designing or town planning, etc.
