As per Council of Architecture regulations, candidate who takes admission in any Institution located in India should have 50% marks in Class 12 or equivalent examination with mathematics as one of the subject.
Further as per the rules of COA the candidates must have secured 40% score in NATA, i.e. at least 80/200, for consideration of admission into first year of 5-year B.Arch. Degree Course.
You can calculate your B. Arch cut off by dividing your 12th mark by 6 so that you get your 12th mark out of 200 (e.g. 1121/6 = 186.83). Then you can add your NATA mark scored out of 200 directly. Now you have your B Arch mark scored out of 400 e.g. if my NATA marks are 112, then my B.Arch cut off is 186.83+112=298.83.

NATA is National Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by Council of Architecture for those students who wish to avail admission into the 5 years B.Arch course. Candidate must qualify the NATA exam to apply for the admission in B.Arch course.
The admissions shall be carried out by respective State Government/Competent Authority/Association of Architectural Institutions in the State, based on the valid NATA score and marks secured in the qualifying examination in the ratio of 50:50.
NATA is designed in such a manner that prior tutelage is not required. COA-NIASA is aware that candidates will have no or minimal knowledge of architecture. NATA examination which consist of two parts, measures aptitude of the candidate in his / her aesthetic sensibilities (3D visualisation, logical understanding, etc.) and drawing skills, that are in-built in every candidate and developed right from childhood to the present day. The paper based drawing test is of two hours duration and computer based online aesthetic sensitivity test is of one hour. Computer based test will be given only after completing the Paper based test. The details of Test Centers and NATA registration shall be made available at www.nata.in or www.niasa.org. It is always a good idea to start preparing for entrance exams at the beginning of 11th standard.
Try to capture at least 80 % of the total syllabus. Incorporate difficult topics if you already have a sound understanding of them. If not, start with the easier topics then tackle the difficult ones. Make sure that you use the right reference and study material. Focus on the method of solving the problems instead of simply mugging up the answers. Spend the initial few months in revising the basic concepts learnt in standard 9th and 10th.Ensure that you study concepts like algebra, mechanics and stoichiometry extensively as they also form the basis of several other topics. And you will surely be able to crack the exam.

As far as I know, to get admission in B. Arch in IIT - Kharagpur you have to clear JEE advanced first and then clear the B. Arch paper conducted after the results are out and not through NATA.
IIT Roorkee offers admission on the basis of Architecture Aptitude Test. Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2015 is an architecture entrance exam for admission into IITs into the 5 years undergraduate B.Arch Course.
Eligibility for Architecture Aptitude Test: Only those candidates who would have given B. Arch program (available at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee) as one of their choices while filling their choices online will be eligible to write AAT. Moreover you have to clear JEE Advanced also. To Appear in JEE Advanced you should have cleared JEE Main paper 1.
