NIBM will use scores of CAT 2018 / XAT (2019) / CMAT (2019) for short-listing candidates for Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview.
Eligibility: - The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. You have very good chances of getting an admission call, because percentile above 75 is good enough for this college.

Hi Riya,Yes, you can get a call from NIBM with your percentile, because generally NIBM cutoff comes in 70 to 75.

I don't think that there is any significant difference. The services in financial services could imply a customer-oriented function, such as banking, while "non-services" businesses could be more trading-oriented. That's a bit of a stretch, though.
