It will be related to current affairs. The current affair topics like demonetization, currency ban, American issues, market issues, etc. You must read daily newspaper and speak confidently.

Does the PGDM programme offered by NIBM equivalent to MBA?

PGDM is always equivalent to MBA degree. Just the course curriculum is slightly different. In general MBA degree is given by universities whereas PGDM degree is given by autonomous institutes in India.
