Yes, National Institute Of Photography is more Expansive than Master's Digital Photography School with in a view of Course fees.
For UG Diploma Courses National Institute Of Photography Charges 90K ( Fifety Five Thousand Ruppes ) as a Total Tuition fees.
And For Certificate Courses National Institute of Photography Charges - 10K-75K
In Another Hand, Master's Digital Photography School Charges - 7K to 14 K Ruppes for Certificate Courses. ( As a Total Tution Fees )
And For UG Diploma Courses This institution Charges 55K Ruppes as a Total Tution fees for taking admission.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to M.Sc is student have passed the 12th examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 40% marks.

Yes you can admission in NIP if you have scored 70% in class 12. There is no eligibility criteria mentioned in the official websites as well. As per the data on different websites, admission to undergraduate programs requires at least 50% of the total marks from Class 12.
