NBSAT syllabus includes all the important topics of Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy, Analytical Reasoning, Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension. The level of difficulty will be Class 10 to Class 12 level. For, Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy preparation candidates can refer to their Class 10 mathematics book.

There are no subjective type questions in NBSAT. All of the questions will be in MCQ format, having four options to choose the correct answer from. Candidates are required to select the correct option with the help of computer mouse. NBSAT is held in remote proctored mode.

There are 100 questions in NBSAT. Time duration is 120 minutes. It is not mandatory to solve all questions, but candidates must aim to attempt as many questions as they can in every section. In a section having 30 questions, they must target nearly 20 questions and in a section having 20 questions they must target nearly 12-15 questions to get a good score.

NBSAT question paper is divided into 4 sections. They are Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy, Vocabulary & Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension and Quantitative Techniques.

NBSAT is an MCQ based exam having 100 questions. Every question carries 1 mark. There is no negative marking in NBSAT which means if your answer is incorrect you will be marked 0. For skipping a question also, you will be marked 0. Check below the sectional breakup:

After the NBSAT result is declares, the institute conducts Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). It is mandatory for the shortlisted candidates to appear for GD/PI to be eligible for admission. The final merit list is released post GD/PI round. Candidate shortlisted for admission are sent offer letters. Check below the evaluation criteria for MBA admission:

NBSAT application form can be filled in online mode only. Candidates can choose the exam session of NBSAT and apply accordingly. Here is the NBSAT application process explained in brief:

NBSAT syllabus includes all important topics of Quantitative Techniques (QT), Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy (DI & DA), Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning (AR), and Reading Comprehension (RC). These subjects and topics are common to all MBA entrance exams, so you can refer to common preparation books to prepare for NBSAT.
Apart from that, candidates can use the NBSAT sample papers provided by NBS after registration. The institute also conducts NBSAT mock tests before the exam day to prepare candidates for remote proctored test.
