It depends on your caste. If you belong to ST/SC category then yes but if you belong to OBC/General category, then it is a no, Sorry!

Yes, if you write four wrong answers then your 1 mark will be deducted from total marks.
It means if you write 1 wrong answer then your 0.25 marks will be deducted from total marks.
