This indicates that applicants for the 2026 exam cycle must have been born on or after July 1, 1998. 2. As of July 1, 2026, candidates for the SC, ST, and physical disability categories must be at least 28 years old to be eligible to take the exam cycle. This means that candidates born on or after July 1, 1995, are eligible.
