NCHMCT JEE is a national-level hospitality entrance exam for admission to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Administration. The NCHMCT JEE exam is held annually and is conducted by National Testing Agency on behalf of the NCHMCT. The 3 years Bachelor of Science in HHA course is offered by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology jointly with the IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). As of July 1, 2025, the maximum age for candidates in the general, EWS, and OBC categories is 25 years old. This indicates that applicants for the 2026 exam cycle must have been born on or after July 1, 1998. 2. As of July 1, 2026, candidates for the SC, ST, and physical disability categories must be at least 28 years old to be eligible to take the exam cycle. This means that candidates born on or after July 1, 1995, are eligible.

I would say Hotel management is the better option for placement, as it has different scopes, The Managers, The Front Office, Executive Housekeepers, Executive Chefs. You can set your career with proper way.

According to me, B.Sc. (hospitality and hotel administration), Bachelor of hotel management and catering technology are best courses. But for culinary aspirants, it's better for them to take Bachelors in food production/ Diploma in food production.
