In order to check the NCHMCT JEE result and download the scorecard, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned procedure.

  • Candidates can visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE and then click on the "View NCHM JEE 2023 - NTA Score" link
  • Next, fill in the application number, date of birth, and security pin 
  • After filling in the important details, candidates can see and download the NCHM JEE scorecard.

No, there is no provision to re-evaluate/re-check NCHMCT JEE Result.  The exam conducting authority will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. Therefore, candidates have to accept the scores of the exam as declared by the authority as the final ones. Candidates who have secured more than or equal to the NCHMCT JEE Result cutoff will be eligible to appear for the NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2025. The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the results of NCHMCT JEE 2023 on June 7, 2023. Candidates can check and download their NCHM JEE score card 2023 by visiting the official website;  i.e. nchmcounselling.nic.in. Candidates must note that the result was announced in online mode only and no results were sent through post. The National Council of Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMJEE) -2023 was conducted by the testing agency in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode on May 14, 2023.

Yes, admit card is required at the time of counselling. If any aspirant does not have his/her duly attested admit card, he/she will not be allowed to take part in the counselling process. The National Testing Agency released the admit card of NCHMCT JEE 2023 on May 10, 2023. Candidates were able to download NCHM JEE 2023 admit card by entering their login details i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth at nchmctjee.nta.nic.in. Moreover, they were also asked to provide their COVID-19 infection status, before proceeding to download admit card.

The first two rounds of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling process are web-based/online. If the need arises the third round of counselling may also be conducted which will be called Spot round or third round of counselling.

Aspirants need to register online for Spot Round of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling. Students meet the eligibility criteria to register for this round of counselling if they fulfil any of the below-mentioned criteria:

The final seat allotment of NCHMCT JEE 2023 can be checked by below given procedure:

  • Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling
  • Click on ‘Round- Seat Allotment Result’ tab
  • Enter NCHMCT JEE 2023 roll number, password and security pin
  • Click on ‘Sign In’ button
  • View NCHMCT JEE 2023 final seat allotment result

Candidates must pay the fees to confirm their seat otherwise there admission will stand null. The admission to IHMs are done on the basis of the NCHMCT JEE Score and as per the preference of the students.

Mock counselling is conducted to help familiarise candidates with the entire online counselling process. The registration process and choice filling for the first round of NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023 began from June 9, 2023. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Final Round Seat Allotment Result was announced on July 20, 2023.  NCHMCT JEE 2023 Verification of Documents by Document Verification Center was conducted from July 21 to July 25, 2023. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Hostel allotment of the selected students will be done on August 4, 2023. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Commencement of Classes for batch 2023-23 from August 7, 2023.
