You cannot join NDA (at Khadakwasla, Pune) immediately after 10th. UPSC clearly requires you to have passed or be appearing in 12th grade (ages 16.5–19.5) for eligibility — 10th completion is not enough.
Bottom line: You must first complete Class 12 (preferably with PCM if aiming for Air Force/Naval wings), meet the age criteria, then apply via the UPSC NDA exam.

YouTube is providing you all the study material in free. You just need selected material for preparation of your dream. There are many channels for NDA exam preparation but some well known YouTube channels are :- wifistudy, Maths jugad se, coaching daddy and defence wallah. Go and start your praparation. All the best for your journey.
