If you mean with National Defence Academy Exam then there is first and most popular way to study is taking admission to an Academy.
You will need to focus on physical activity too so it will be good if you take admission to an academy and they will also train you physically and mentally.

No, you are not eligible. NDA exam can be given while appearing in 12th exams or post completing 12th. So you have to wait for another two years.

No, you can not apply for NDA-1. The eligibility criteria for NDA for Indian Navy and IAF is given below. Educational qualification : Those seeking for Indian Navy and Air Force must have passed their 12th/appearing (10+2 pattern) from a recognised board or University with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Age criteria :
1. For NDA (1) 2020: The candidates possessing age between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2004 are eligible for the examination. If born before 2nd July 2001 and after 1st July 2004 then not eligible for NDA (1) 2020 exam.

For NDA, maths is compulsory in 12th. Please go through the notification provided on the UPSC website to know more. If you are really passionate about NDA then you can also consider it after UG through CDS/AFCAT and a slightly different line CAPF. You can also see this link:
