The National Defence Academy is the training institute of the Indian Armed Forces. It is one of the prestigious and reputed jobs. To be eligible for NDA, the interested candidate must be unmarried and between the age group of 16.5 years to 19.5 years. The interested candidates can join NDA after 12th. You'll be able to join the NDA with -2.75 eye power, but not the army and navy. As per the rules, Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D, including Astigmatism, and you have more than that. For the air force, also, no glasses are allowed.

Candidates are advised to check the details printed in NDA admit card carefully. In case there are error in the admit card, they must report to the examination authority for correction.

NDA admit card official website is Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The link to download the admit card is made available on the official website three days before the exam. Candidates can download their admit cards by logging with the required credentials.

Eligibility Criteria for NDA Examination
No additional education qualification is fixed in the eligibility criteria for a candidate from India to appear at the National Defence Academy (NDA) examination.
The NDA exam guidelines, as part of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) that organizes and conducts the NDA exam, do not prescribe an exploration period less than attaining the said percentage of marks in Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level for eligibility: eligibility required completion of the 12th standard with compulsory subjects as Physics and Mathematics.

Yes, in case your date of birth is July 10, 2005, you are eligible to sit for the NDA 2 2024 examination. There comes an age group which turns out to be 16.5 years to 19 years from the date of the examination. You are going to fall easily under this age group. You are asked not to forget that dates before which the UPSC requires people to apply for sitting through NDA examinations have already set.

As the NDA exam is conducted twice a year, the application form will be released twice.
- The application form for NDA 1 will be released between 11th December to 31st December.
- The application form for NDA 2 will be released between 28th May to 17th June.

In my opinion you have to take B.A (arts) because it give you extra time to prepare for nda.In semester paper you have to write anything or top 10 question, your academic exam will over.And rest of the time you always prepare for your nda examination serioulsy.If u take btech/physics or math hons, you have to work hard, have to give time for academic as well but also an advantage is that you are eligible for nda exam at graduation level also.
