With a NEET score of 578 and an All India Rank (AIR) of approximately 103,000, securing a seat in a government medical college under the All India Quota (15% seats) may be challenging, as these seats typically have higher cut-offs. However, you have a reasonable chance of gaining admission through the State Quota (85% seats) in your home state, depending on the state's cut-off trends and seat availability.

Unreserved candidates who missed the NEET counselling security fee payment for round 1 must pay the fee of INR 10,000 while reserved candidates must pay INR 5,000 to participate in round 2. The round 1 registration does not apply to round 2 so you must register a second time during round 2 counselling. Petitioners must re-register for round 2 counseling since this procedure emerges following the conclusion of round 1 while requiring them to resubmit their selection preferences. Round 2 seat allotment will take place only on the spaces left unfilled during round 1.

To join a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) college under the NEET counseling system, you will have to first sit for NEET and meet the cutoff marks. Although NEET is majorly for admissions to MBBS/BDS courses, some of the colleges grant BPT courses based on NEET scores, mostly private or deemed-to-be universities.
