JK NEET 2025 Application Form
Candidates willing to participate in the counselling of JK NEET 2025 must register on the official website of BOPEE and fill the application form. After completing the registration process, they will be prompted to upload the necessary documents online. Candidates are thus advised to keep a scanned copy of the documents listed below—in a PDF format, size between 100 kb to 200 kb—ready before fillng the application online.

Provisional State Merit List
After the verification process is complete, BOPEE releases a provisional state merit list. This list includes the names of only those candidates who were found eligible after the verification process. Candidates who have been included in this list can proceed to fill the preference form.
Choice filling in the preference form
This stage of JK NEET 2025 counselling can be conducted online or offline through physical counselling. The method will be intimated to the candidates later. Also, to be considered for the seat allotment process, the candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1500 (irrespective of their category).
The preference form needs to be filled by eligible candidates to be considered for the seat allotment process. There is no limit to the number of choices that a candidate can fill in the preference form. There will be several rounds of mock allotment before the final list is prepared to give candidates an idea of the outcome of their preferences. However, once the final submission has been made, no candidate will be allowed to alter the choices filled.
Seat allotment and reporting
BOPEE will allocate the seats based on the reservation criteria, choices filled by the candidates and their merit position in the state merit list. Those who are allotted a seat in this process will have to report to the respective institute for confirmation of their admission. Seats left vacant, if any, will be carried forward to the next round. When reporting to the institute allotted, candidates must carry the originals of the documents listed below for physical verification.

JK NEET 2025 Counselling: Elligibility criteria
To participate in the counselling of JK NEET 2025, a candidate must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
- They must be a permanent resident of J&K, as defined in Sec 6 of the Constitution
- They must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised institute with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects
- They must have qualified NEET 2025 by scoring more than or equal to the cutoff marks

JK NEET Counselling 2025: Upgradation Round/Second Round
This round will be conducted if any seats are left vacant after the first round of JK NEET counselling 2025. The following points will be applicable to this round of counselling:
- Candidates allotted a seat in the first round can opt to participate in the upgradation round, provided they are willing to surrender their present seat. Such candidates will have to fill in fresh choices in the preference form.
- The seat thus vacated will become a part of the seat matrix for the counselling of JK NEET 2025 upgradation round.
- Those who had not been allocated a seat in the first round can participate in the second round, by filling fresh choices for this round.
- If the number of seats is more than the number of eligible candidates, BOPEE may reopen the registration window for this round of counselling.
