Having completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree might not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the NEET exam, as the educational background required is typically focused on Science subjects. 1. NEET Scorecard: If applicable, you'll need to provide your NEET exam scorecard.

2. Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets: These documents are used to verify your academic performance in the 10th and 12th grades.

3. Class 10 and 12 Passing Certificates: These certificates indicate that you have successfully completed the respective classes.
