No, candidates will not be allowed to leave the NEET MDS exam centre before time. They have to be seated on their allocated seats till 5 PM, the exam end time. Even after that, the invigilators will check and ensure that candidates' tests are submitted properly. They should leave the centre one by one after marking attendance before the exit.

There is no such instruction on the NEET MDS admit card to paste photograph. Moreover, there is no field or space to add passport-size or postcard-size photograph on the admit card. There are two candidate photographs printed on the NEET MDS admit card, one of which is the passport-size photograph uploaded during the application process, and the other one is the real-time photograph captured during the application process with candidates' webcams. The exam centre officials will verify the photographs with the photo identity cards to ensure there is no impersonification.

There are two changes introduced in the NEET MDS 2025 admit card, which was not present in previous years. Firstly, NBEMS has added the Google Map link of the NEET MDS 2025 exam centre. This is clickable on the soft copy of the NEET MDS admit card 2025. On the other hand, NBEMS has specifically mentioned about printing the NEET MDS 2025 admit card in colour. Till last year, the printout could be taken either in black and white or colour template. However, candidates must ensure that they print both pages of the admit card back to back in a white A4 size paper.
