As per the official instructions provided by the National Board of Examinations NBE the marks entered in the NEET PG application form for the final year should be the aggregate marks of 3rd year and 4th year. Therefore, if you have entered only the 4th year marks in your application form, it may be considered as an incorrect entry. It is important to note that discrepancies or errors in the application form can lead to rejection of the application or cancellation of the candidature. There is always a correction window, if that has also passed then only a special request can be made. Unfortunately, after the correction window closes it is near impossible to change anything. This is the reason candidates are advised to fill details carefully so that there is minimum scope of error. NBE may or may not entertain the request the special request in case the deadline of correction window gets over.
