State agencies conduct counselling for 50% quota seats. Rest 50% seats are allotted through All India Quota which is conducted by Medical counselling Committee (MCC). For every counselling round, reporting deadline is provided in the counselling schedule. Candidates can submit fees and report till the given deadline. Though candidates can report till last day, but they are advised to report before the deadline due to different schedule of holiday/working hours in various Medical Colleges/Institutes. Candidates do have to generate password while making registration for NEET PG counselling. The password can be reset again by candidate. Stray vacancy round Bihar NEET PG 2024 counselling final result was announced on March 2, 2025. The counselling result was uploaded online. Candidates allotted seats in round-2 will have to report for document verification. Reporting deadline is March 4, 2025.

MCC will announce dates and schedule for NEET PG 2025 counselling including date for round-1 seat allotment. The counselling result will be uploaded online in PDF format. Candidates allotted seats in stray vacancy round will have to report for document verification. They will have to pay the admission fee and complete other formalities.
