Hello! Elina, No, it is not possible, you can't go with computer Engineering through arts. If you are now in 12th with arts, then you can go for civil services examinations.

Hi Lokesh, CFD or Computational Fluid Dynamics is the core subject of Thermal and Fluid Engineering. Almost all of the IITs/NITs provide M.Tech in Thermal. And each of them has a lot of projects to do in CFD during your M.Tech. The best three I will pick
IISc Bangalore
IIT Bombay - M.Tech in Thermal and Fluid Engineering
IIT Madras.
