At present, NICMAR Hyderabad admissions 2024 is open. Interested students can visit the official website to apply for the respective course. The second round of applications will close on 21 April 2024. Apart from this, National Institute of Construction Management and Research offers admission to two-year PG and one-year PGP courses in Advanced Construction Management, Advanced Project Management, one-year PGP in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management among others.

To get admission for various courses at NICMAR Hyderabad, candidates must pass graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university. Candidates are selected based on scores of the PG NCAT entrance exam followed by GD + PI + RA conducted by the college itself. Alternatively, candidates can also appear for either CUET (PG)/ TS-CET/ AP-CET/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ ATMA entrance exams.

NICMAR Hyderabad offers PGP courses for postgraduate students. NICMAR University offers admission based on the Post-Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (PG-NCAT).  The PG NCAT is for 180 marks, including quantitative and analytical ability, data interpretation, and verbal and general ability.
