Yes, you can apply for that, but your the highest qualification is must be post graduation or please check the admission criteria for the same.

Common question that can be asked are:
your name, How many times have your visas previously denied, etc. There will never a set of question that is automatically used its depends on the personal situation. So a list of question will not help.

As per my information, a 23-year-old person cannot join NDA as the age group required for NDA Entrance is between 18-21. So, I think you are ineligible for this.
