Hi, you must have a Diploma or degree from an approved/ recognized board. Aptech is a private institute. I don't think you can apply for further studies based on Aptech Diploma, it's applicable for jobs. Check with the universities first, they may have pathway or foundation programs.

Go to this link and in point no. 4 there is a link of PDF, it has everything you want to know. As your situation is bit of complex, I mean studying in a CBSE school in a foreign country, I would suggest you to follow the above mentioned procedure and if you have any further queries regarding the same you better contact to the given contact details in that PDF.
