Typically, the eligibility criteria for NIMCET include the following:

  1. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have aBachelorsdegree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST candidates).

  2. Subjects: Candidates should have studied mathematics as one of the subjects either in their graduation or 10+2 level.

Since you pursued commerce without mathematics and are currently pursuing BCA (which typically includes mathematics courses), you may be eligible for the NIMCET exam.

To be eligible for NIMCET (National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test), candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as one of the main subjects. As you have completed your B.Sc. Degree with Mathematics, you are eligible to apply for NIMCET. However, please note that the eligibility criteria for NIMCET may vary from year to year, and you should check the latest eligibility criteria mentioned in the official notification or website of NIMCET to ensure that you meet all the eligibility requirements.

Hello Shakti Prasad Behura, for all practical purposes Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th. Hence you can fill up marks of Diploma in that column. Hopefully with the implementation of the latest National Education Policy across the country, this issue will hopefully get resolved. Best wishes to you.
