Yes you are eligible for NIMCET for admission in to their MCA programme. The eligibility criteria of NIMCET is given below. Eligibility criteria : Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST/PwD) in (I) B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications) of minimum three years full-time programme from a recognised University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects
or (ii) B.E. / B.Tech. From a recognised University.

AICTE approval is not necessary for recognised Universities because these are established under UGC act. However colleges affiliated to Universities needs AICTE approval for running Engineering courses. The eligibility criteria of NIMCET is given below. Eligibility criteria B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognised University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects (candidates from open universities are also eligible) or B.E. / B.Tech. Eligibility criteria : Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST) in (I) B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications) of minimum three years full-time from a recognised University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. Or (ii) B.E. / B.Tech. From a recognised University

Academic Qualification:
Tech of a minimum of three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. They must have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST).
This is the eligibility for NIMKET

(a) Candidates must be holding graduation degree I. e. BCA/B.Sc (Hons. )/B.Sc/BIT as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised University (b) Candidates must have studied mathematics or statistics or equivalent subject during graduation degree. Candidates with B.Com are not eligible for appearing in NIMCET.
