NIMCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Indian National
Candidates must be holding graduation degree I.e. BCA/B.Sc (Hons.)/B.Sc/ BIT as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised University
Candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent subject during graduation degree
General category candidates need to score at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA score in aggregate of all subjects
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to obtain at least 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA score on a 10 point scale in aggregate of all subjects
Candidates who have Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or B.Tech degree or equivalent degree are also eligible for NIMCET 2017

NIMCET eligibility criteria- Must be a graduate in any discipline with mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at graduation. A minimum of 45% aggregate in graduation. However, in some universities, it is 60%. It is therefore advisable to check the eligibility criteria of the institutes before applying.
B.Com graduates cannot take NIMCET. Not even BA, Science or BCA graduates are eligible.

Applications are available online from the month of February, and exams are conducted during the month of May/June every year.
Through NIMCET, you will be able to get NITs if you clear the exam. Also, you can apply to top private MCA colleges directly by clearing their respective entrance exam.
