Your general rank in NIMCET is very high as most of the seats in NIT are filled with JEE Mains aspirants then few seats in NITs are offered to NIMCET rank holders.

Admission into NITK Surathkal is only through JEE Mains and SAT (only for the ones who did a part of their schooling outside India). You cannot get in through any other CETs.
