NIMS University Jaipur offers decent placements annually for various courses like MBA, MCA and BTech, etc. In 2025, the participating recruiters presented various placements to the batch 2024. As per the latest report, 71 recruiter participated during NIMS University Jaipur placements for the School of Engineering and presented 215 job offers to the students of the batch 2025. To pursue a two-year MDes programme at NIMS University at the postgraduate level, you must have completed a Bachelor's Degree of at least 3 years duration and obtained a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. MBA is a two-year course offered in 20+ specializations, namely General, Agribusiness Management, Rural Management, Supply Chain Management, Event Management, etc. Candidates who have passed bachelor's degree of a minimum of 3 years with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) can apply for the MBA course.

Admission to MBA course is based on NIMSEE score. NIMSEE is a national level entrance exam which is conducted once a year and the mode of the entrance exam is offline i.e. pen and paper test. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
