Yes, you can apply for the course. NIOS is recognized institution like any other board i.e., ICSE, CBSE and others. The Certificate that you earn from NIOS is equally valid and will help you pursue your higher studies.

Yes, NIOS Degree/Certificates are acceptable in government jobs at par with other recognised university's degree/certificates. Hence, your NIOS degree is acceptable for all relevant government jobs or for higher education purpose.

Yes, you can take admission for B.Tech, because you can give an exam of NIOS. It is equivalent to any board.
