NIPER does not allot any sectional weightage to the question paper. Each question carries 4 marks, and if an incorrect choice is selected -1 gets deducted. Therefore, the exam takers must not focus on sectional weightage and consider the exam as a whole and attempt it accordingly.  Overall there will be 200 questions in the exam.

Yes, a candidate can skip the questions in NIPER JEE exam. No marks will be deducted or given if the question is unanswered.

The NIPER JEE exam will be conducted in online mode only. No, students must note that there will not be any grace period to complete the question papers. Hence one must complete paper on time.

No, candidates are not allowed to carry any watch or electronic gadget in the NIPER JEE 2023 examination hall.

No, the NIPER JEE question paper will have objective type questions only. The candidates will be served with Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) out of which candidates have to choose one option.

No, candidates do not need to attempt the NIPER JEE question paper in any specific order. Candidates can attempt any question or section first according to their convenience. NIPER JEE exam is conducted once a year for taking admission into various courses i.e MBA, Mtech.

Yes, there is a negative marking in the NIPER JEE 2025 exam. For every correct answer, the candidate will get 0.5 mark and for every wrong response, -0.125 mark will be deducted.

No marks will be given for Un-answered or un-attempted questions. If there will be any change in exam pattern then it will be notified in the broucher.

No, the NIPER JEE exam pattern has not been changed so far. There will be 200 questions in the question paper. All the questions will be objective-type questions. Though the final declaration of the exam pattern of NIPER JEE 2026 will be mentioned in the official notification, and if there is any change, then it will be mentioned.

There will be 200 questions in the NIPER JEE question paper. All the questions will have objective type questions. Applicants are advised to attempt the questions with utmost accuracy to increase their chances of qualifying the exam as this exam also has negative marking scheme.

No, NIPER JEE is being conducted only via the online mode. The NIPER JEE 2025 exam was a computer-based test and the candidates will be allotted separate computer systems to solve the questions. For rough work purposes, the test centre provided them sheets which has to be submitted to the invigilator while leaving the exam hall.
