Nirma university Courses

Candidates holding an accredited engineering Diploma will gain admission through Gujarat ACPC. The admission process into Second Year (3rd semester) will be merit-based (based on Marks Obtained in the Diploma). The university will require completion of prerequisite courses, including Computer Programming and Foundation Mathematics I & II. After the candidate has been allotted in ACPC, the candidate must report to the university and produce the required documentation and fees.

At Nirma University, "sponsored seats" refer to the NRI Sponsored category, which is part of the NRI quota. These students are Indian citizens whose sponsorship comes from an NRI relative or guardian who resides abroad.

It is not a "management quota"—admissions follow a merit-based process, albeit separate from regular state or JEE based admissions.

Nirma University Bachelor of technology (BTech) is an undergraduate engineering degree programme. The duration of this degree course is four years. It is divided into eight semesters. Admission to the course is entrance-based. The accepted exams are JEE Main/GUJCET.
