The eligibility criteria of Post Graduate Diploma In Tea (PGDT) course of Darjeeling Tea Research & Management Association are given below.
1. Eligibility : Graduate or equivalent in any discipline from any recognised University in India or abroad with good academic record. Candidate should possess good physique and proficient in English .
2. Age limit: Should not be more than 25 years. No age bar for Foreign Students, in- service or sponsored candidates. Should be physically and medically fit.
3. Course fee : Indian Students INR 49,000.00 and Foreign Students INR 60,000.00
4. Admission : Admission into PGDT course for male and female students starts from 1st April, 2022. Classes will commence from July, 2022. Placements : Around 400 students so far awarded Diploma from this institute and most of them are successfully working in Tea Plantation and Sales in India and abroad. Apart from India, students from different countries (Japan, Germany, Bangladesh, Nepal etc. ). Come to this institute to undertake the PG Diploma programme. So Institute does not guarantee about the placement, However deserving students are getting their jobs very easily.
