No, you cannot get direct admission in NIT Nagaland.
A candidate must secure atleast 55% in Class XII in Science Stream. Secondly, candidate must clear JEE Mains exam for undergraduate admission and GATE for postgraduate programmes. Further, a candidate has to also appear for counselling to confirm their admission. BTech is offered in NIT Nagaland across 6 specialisations.

For pursuing a M.Tech Program in NIT Nagaland, candidate has to give GATE entrance exam. The average of admission into NIT Nagaland in the past years has been ranging between 500-700.
