To get a seat at NIT Nagaland for the CSE branch, you have to attain a rank as per the category and round-wise cutoff. The NIT Nagaland cutoff 2026 for the BTech CSE course for the EWS AI category was 5788 in the first round. Hence, students with a rank of 5788 or below can take admission to this branch.

Please note that different rounds will have different cutoffs.

NIT Nagaland cutoff 2026 for the BTech CSE course has been published for the first round. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for different All India quota categories. 

For the General AI category, the round 1 cutoff was 34118. Students can see the table below to know the round 1 cutoff for all other AI categories.

Yes, it is possible to get admission to NIT Nagaland with a rank of 50000. NIT Nagaland JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the General AI category was ranged between 36109 and 57538. Looking at the cutoff range, we can say that getting at NIT Nagaland at 50000 rank is possible among the General AI category candidates.

NIT Nagaland M.Tech admission in the OBC category requires the student to achieve 450 or higher \during the Round 1 cutoff list. Considering the competitive scores, the most competitive M.Tech specialisations during Round 1 admission was Computer Science and Engineering (450) for the OBC category students.

NIT Nagaland MSc cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the MSc cutoff scores ranged between 1722 and 1893 for the General AII India category students. Among all the MSc specialisations, M.Sc. in Chemistry is the most competitive specialisation. NIT Nagaland BTech cutoff 2023 for Computer Science Engineering was 9933 for OBC category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Main, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 46135 and closing rank was 57852 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 54592 and 65818. Admission to Civil Engineering in NIT Nagaland is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
