HIT Haldia and Narula Institute of technology both have decent reputations for the CSE branch but HIT Haldia generally has a slight edge in terms of infrastructure, campus facilities, and placement opportunities. We have in total 5 hostels (3 Girl's Hostel and 2 Boy's hostel). Campus Girl's hostel is wifi-enabled. The rooms can have 2 or 3 beds. You will be allotted one according to availability. Every person in the room has a separate bed, cupboard, and chair. The Meal quality is quite decent if you compare it with other private colleges and the menu has a variety of food items for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The average salary package is around 5–6 Lacs per year

The highest package can be as high as 12 Lacs per year

The median package is around 4.2 to 4.5 Lacs per year.
