The tuition fee for MCA courses at NIT Raipur is INR 2.1 Lacs and the tuition fee for MCA at NIT Patna is INR 2 lakh. Conclusively, the tuition fees of both the NITs are more or less similar. Hence, candidates who prefer affordable college can get admission to any of the institutes. However, the fee structure can be only one component that candidates consider while comparing IIITs and NITs but several factors can be taken into account while choosing the best college, such as placement packages, seats, ranking of that particular institute, affiliation, accreditation, etc.

The National Institute of Technology Raipur admits students to the MSc course on the basis of valid IIT JAM scores. Based on the entrance test scores, candidates are then called for the CCMN (Centralised Counselling) process for admission to the MSc course. The Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute in Surat generally conducts the Centralised Common Counselling for MSc. Check out the application process for CCMN Counselling from here.

For the selection process, eligible candidates who submit the applications and secure a good score in IIT JAM are shortlisted for further admission rounds. A cutoff for CCMN Counselling is then announced, based on which candidates have to appear for counselling to secure a seat. During counselling, document verification is done and if all the documents are fine, then students can get admission to MSc courses at NIT Raipur.

The BTech fee at NIT Raipur is INR 5 Lakh. The tuition fee mentioned is only for applicants whose family income exceeds 5 Lacs per year. The first year is used to calculate the tuition fee. The precise sum could differ. In addition to the tuition fee already indicated, there will be a one-time fee of INR 4,800. The institute development charge is included in the one-time payment.

The National Institute of Technology Raipur admits students to the M.Tech course on the basis of valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores. Based on the entrance test scores, candidates are then called for the CCMT (Centralized Counselling) process for admission to the MCA course.
